Holy crap she can do other things besides draw??? Yup, this is all hand cut paper glued down to a surface. I'm full of surprises aren't I? Anyways this was a 2D design project, I will try to avoid cutting out paper and glueing things for the rest of my life. This was such a pain in the butt to put together.
What did I use? Card stock of verious obnoxious colors, and some special hand made papers, as well as other scrap book papers.
I do realize there are some pencil marks and glue smudges.

Wow, that is really nice. I love the use of colors there. They all look marvelous together. And the contrast between the bright colors and the brown tentacle, coming out of the ocean is a nice touch, I think.

One of my favorite forms of art is that of cutting construction paper and making it into a nice lil picture.. It requires no coloring =P Though with all the paper cuts and razor cuts.. i think I shall stick with my colored pencils..

Still, Lovely bit of art, i like the style and way you pulled it off, hard to explain other then "Me likey a lot."

This is really awesome! All the shapes and how you portrayed the kraken's tenticle and the shape of the water! The overall design is fabulous, as well as the colors! I would be proud ^_^
